Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Quality Control Vendors
Uploading documents/photos onto clients database
Coordinate completion of Work Orders
Managing PPW (E.R.S. Intranet)
Code violation resolution
Interfacing with both vendors/clients

Compensation:

Salary 2,000.00-2600.00 monthly

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.
Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Home Inspection license or construction contractor’s license (plumbing, electrical, or HVAC) is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5years in the construction industry
College level courses and/or degree preferred.

Standard Weekly Schedule: Full time position

Position Summary: REO Field Contractor’s are required to perform quality control of our vendors and their requested deliverables, as well as coordinating the completion of all priority work orders. The Contractor will be utilized as an extension of our administrative team in the Atlanta office by completing assigned work orders. Many of the work orders will consist of lock and lock box installations, interior and exterior repairs, board-up/securing multiple asset, hazard remediation, winterizations, debris removal, snow removal, and lawn maintenance.
