Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in various electrical tasks. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the electrical field and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on construction sites.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
Conduct tests using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
Work with low voltage systems under the guidance of licensed electricians.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to all regulations on construction sites.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of electrical systems and practices.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of electrical concepts and terminology is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
Previous experience or coursework related to electrical work is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on site.
Willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field of industrial electricity.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
