Overview

The Social Media & Content Specialist (US) will be integral to the development and execution of Dabble's social media strategy and its day-to-day management. This role will significantly impact our global brand within the US, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all social media channels. This position will collaborate closely with the Content & Community Manager and Marketing teams to create engaging videos and content for our diverse US audience.

Dabble is a pioneering social Daily Fantasy Sports App, and the Social Media & Content Specialist (US) will play a pivotal role in how Dabble connects with its audience on social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-quality content and video strategies aligned with Dabble's social media goals across relevant platforms

Produce, edit, and star in engaging videos for social media and live streams within the Dabble App

Manage the social media calendar to ensure timely and impactful content delivery and plan targeted social media campaigns

Collaborate effectively with global teams (Customer Engagement, Brand, Campaigns, Digital Marketing) to design and deliver successful social media campaigns

Generate creative ideas for new content topics and themes to enhance brand awareness, reach, and audience engagement

Optimize company pages across various social media platforms (e.g., Snapchat, TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook) to maximize visibility of Dabble's social content

Actively monitor social media conversations, engage with followers, and foster a positive brand experience for the Dabble community

Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant brand guidelines, intellectual property rights (patents, copyrights, trademarks), and applicable privacy laws

Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance. Utilize these insights to optimize performance and inform future strategy development

Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of proven experience in creating, producing, and starring in high-quality social media content

Strong on-camera presence and personality.

Experience within the sports or wagering industry is highly preferred

Expertise in producing and editing live streams using broadcasting software (e.g., Ecamm Live, OBS)

A demonstrated track record of success in social media management and audience engagement, ideally within the wagering industry

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Results-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic team player

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 USD + with room to be flexible.
