Seeking a HVAC foreman in the Tampa area. The HVAC Foreman plans, organizes, and supervises the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They also ensure that HVAC work is done safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize: Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and prepare repair cost estimates
Supervise: Manage a crew of mechanics, and train them to complete projects on time
Perform maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, water heaters, and air conditioning units
Ensure quality: Inspect completed work and ensure it meets quality standards
Coordinate with others: Work with construction inspectors and other trades
Prepare reports: Maintain records and reports, and prepare daily trip sheets
Enforce safety: Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications

Technical expertise in HVAC systems
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance
Ability to read blueprints
Experience with HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
