Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities team! The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and performing commercial facility repairs and ensuring general upkeep such as drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, as well as rekeying locks, HVAC, and other necessary maintenance duties.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 11am- 7:30pm

Pay $24.50 - $25.00.

Shift: Full Time

A drivers license is required.

Main Responsibilities:

Completes variety of maintenance tasks, work orders and repairs throughout Bethany Village commercial properties.

Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment or independently as needed.
Displays excellent communication including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Qualifications

Valid, current drivers license required
2 Years Maintenance Experience
Demonstrates professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds to inspect above ground level units

Language Requirement

All team members must have the basic abilitytouse computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend writtendocuments suchasworkorders,safetyrules,instructions,policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
