Position: Residential Plumbing Technician (commercial plumbing experience beneficial)

Pay: 10% commission on work (could equate to 60K-150K depending on performance) - possible weekly guarantee

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (Mondays and Tuesdays off) – must be available to handle evening emergencies.

BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair is actively seeking experienced full-time Residential Service Plumbing Technicians to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. Requirements::

3+ years of residential plumbing experience running service calls
Experience in commercial plumbing is a plus
At least one year in sales is preferred
Provide exceptional plumbing service/maintenance repairs by ensuring all repairs are performed according to manufacturer specifications as well as any applicable local and national codes
Possess basic hand tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team

Responsibilities:

Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service
Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans
Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job
Provides technical support to customers
Troubleshoot, diagnose identify and repair residential plumbing ranging from faucet repairs, water heater installations, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair
Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
Train and mentor apprentices as needed
Participate actively in training and meetings
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals
Commitment to high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity
Meet minimum production KPI requirements for sales average, close rate, installation conversion, and Membership conversion
Be proficient in diagnosing, presenting, selling and then fully plan start to finish installation jobs
Must have a valid driver’s license, possess, and maintain a satisfactory driving record
