Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for bartending and a keen eye for detail. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage staff, maintain inventory control, and create innovative drink menus that enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Develop creative cocktail menus and ensure the quality of beverages served.
Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as liquor laws.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with catering teams for special events and private functions.
Monitor bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Proven experience in bar management or related hospitality roles.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes.
Familiarity with POS systems to manage orders and payments efficiently.
Experience in restaurant management within hotel or quick-service fast food environments is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control.
Ability to train staff effectively in bartending practices and customer service standards.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
