Position Summary

As an HVAC Residential Installer at B&W Plumbing HVAC and Electrical, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties. Your primary duties will include:

Installing heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
Collaborating with the sales and design teams to ensure accurate system specifications and installations.
Performing equipment and material assessments before starting installation projects.
Adhering to safety and industry standards throughout the installation process.
Conducting system testing to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries during installations.
Collaborating with team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Residential installer.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures.
EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license.
