As an Apprentice Sprinkler Fitter, you will assist experienced fitters with various tasks, gain hands-on experience, and develop skills necessary for a successful career in sprinkler fitting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist Fitters: Help with labor tasks such as bringing materials to fitters, laying out sprinkler piping, and unloading/loading trucks.
Learning: Learn how to read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from experienced team members.
Labor Work: Perform physical tasks including lifting materials (up to 80 lbs) and working at high heights (up to 60+ ft).
Adaptability: Take direction and adapt to various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications and Skills:

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to read and write.
Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 80 lbs), climb ladders, and work at high heights.
Preferred Attributes:
High School Graduate.
1+ years of construction work experience.
1+ years of fire protection trade experience.
Relevant in-trade certifications.
Man lift certifications.
