Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in various plumbing tasks, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and regulations. The Plumber will work on both residential and commercial projects, demonstrating proficiency in blueprint reading and the use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Collaborate with construction teams on-site to coordinate plumbing installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and components.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction site layouts.
Familiarity with various hand tools used in plumbing tasks.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
Valid driver's license with the ability to operate commercial vehicles as needed.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites.
Previous experience in construction plumbing is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have a valid TSBPE / Apprentice Card
