Job Description:

As a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and plumbing projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage mechanical and plumbing projects, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, change orders, and progress updates.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems and installations.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
