We are seeking an experienced roofing sales representative to join our team and generate new business through door-to-door canvassing.

As a Roofing Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Canvassing designated neighborhoods to identify homeowners in need of roof repairs or replacements
Conducting in-home consultations to assess roofing needs and provide detailed proposals
Presenting solutions, pricing, and financing options to close sales
Maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and following up on all sales opportunities
Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

1-3 years of successful door-to-door sales experience, preferably in the home services or contracting industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
Working knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
