Key Responsibilities - Project Manager:

Manage and oversee all epoxy coating projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Lead and coordinate your team of installers.
Walk projects to estimate, plan, and coordinate project schedule.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality assurance protocols.
Maintain customer relationships throughout project and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate project status, product inventory, and employee reports with management and corporate office.
Hiring and assist in training additional technicians.
Be a dependable and a strong leader.

Requirements - Project Manager:

Proven plumbing experience (minimum of 4 years).
Journeymen/Foreman level experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of piping systems in residential and commercial properties.
Excellent leadership skills and project management experience a plus.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and project documents.
Some in-state travel required for projects. Training will be in California Corporate office.
Valid driver’s license.
