About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will be managing a team of sales professionals and working closely with distributors to ensure effective sales operations. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase sales volume, expand sales territories, and develop strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, or Territory Sales
HVAC and/or Plumbing industry experince
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in National Sales or District Sales
Experience in the Manufacturing industry
Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure effective sales operations
Collaborate with distributors to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Skills:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be utilizing your skills in Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Sales Territory, National Sales, Sales Plan, District Sales, and Sales Volume on a daily basis. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, collaborating with distributors, analyzing sales data and market trends, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors. Your strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base. Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
