The Electricians, LLC is hiring; we need team leaders with a current Colorado Journeyman's licenses to lead our teams of electricians. We are a family owned and operated electrical contractor and we want to be the company that makes Colorado sparkle. We’re looking for leaders with extensive knowledge, skill, enthusiasm, and drive for building, installing and servicing the best customers in Colorado; electricians who can help our teams light up the world! Our teams aim to exceed all of our customer's expectations. The best Journeyman candidate will be provided with a stocked van, gas card, and access to our vendor accounts.

Are you detail oriented? Can you accurately:

· Use scheduling software

· Redline and order needed equipment for each job in collaboration with our Project Coordinator

· Determine the best vendors/pricing for each customer’s job

· Listen to, and understand the customer’s needs and expectations

· Lead a group of professional electricians

· Complete top-quality installations on time

· Maintain accurate transaction records to insure proper billing

· Plug into all members of the team in the office and the field

Abilities and Experience:

· Tenant Improvement, and Commercial work

· Evidence of building strong, successful relationships with commercial customers, as well as our brilliant General Contractors

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Great listening skills – you’ve got 2 ears, 1 mouth for a reason!

License/Certification:

Colorado JW Electrical License (Required)

JW with proven Project Management experience will be considered for higher hourly rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
