Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Repair Technician/Mechanic with a strong background in bike repair and an interest in electric vehicle technology. In this role, you will perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on electric scooters, bikes, skateboards, and related equipment. Additionally, you will interact with customers to check in repair items and help with service-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and possess strong technical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on electric scooters, bikes, skateboards, and Onewheels
Provide excellent customer service during check-ins for repairs and service consultations
Track repair status and maintain accurate records using Hubtiger software
Collaborate with the sales team to assist with technical inquiries and support customers in finding appropriate solutions
Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and operational standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in bike repair; electric vehicle repair experience is a plus
Proficiency in using repair management tools (experience with Hubtiger is preferred)
Strong understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for effective customer interactions
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized
Detail-oriented and computer literate, with experience using Mac computers
Familiarity with Shopify POS for sales is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
Passion for personal electric vehicles and the electric mobility industry

Hours & Location:

Full-time, weekly schedule from 11am to 5pm
Based in our Hayes Valley location in San Francisco
