The Building Maintenance position is essential for ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supervising maintenance activities to uphold high standards of service. This role overlooks the maintenance of multiple apartment buildings.

Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain the appearance of facilities.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants or facility users.

Skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Knowledgeable in maintaining various building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation within building systems.
- Experience in residential painting techniques for aesthetic improvements.
- Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with facility users.
