Job Description:

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment and vehicles used in our business. This includes troubleshooting, diagnostics, and routine maintenance to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair engines, including those in equipment such as generators, compressors, pumps, and other construction-related machinery.

· Diagnose and repair electrical and wiring problems.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.

· Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.

· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

· Order parts and supplies as needed and manage inventory of spare parts.

· Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure equipment readiness and project timelines.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in engine repair are a plus.

· Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a construction or similar environment.

· Strong knowledge of mechanics and repair techniques.

· Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make necessary repairs quickly and efficiently.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
