We are looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our team! You will lead a team to install heating and air conditioning systems. Salaried position, available overtime, yearly bonuses, consistent work schedule. Our work is year-round with no down time, no furloughs. Daily schedule M-F 7:30-4pm. All tools supplied by company. GUARANTEED 40 HOURS A WEEK!!!

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Lead a crew of 2-3 installers.
Coordinate with other trades in order to complete installation work
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

4-6 experience in HVAC field
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Familiarity with drawing and installing custom sheet metal ductwork
Ability to read and follow mechanical diagrams/plans
mini-split/VRF systems a plus!
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to lead an installation job independently
Clean driving record
