Advancements and Compensation

The Appointment Setter Role is a crucial role in business growth that has an uncapped income potential.
Appointment Setters are expected to make $5000-$15000 USD with added revenue bonuses for each month.
Motivated individuals who succeed in this role can be promoted to a Marketing Director position in as little as 2 Months, where they can expect to make $19,000-$25,000 per month.
We Prioritize On-boarding new hires with the goal of getting them paid 5000-10,000 dollars in their first month.

Owns a personal Vehicle to canvas neighborhoods
Teachable Mindset, motivated and ambitious attitude
Willingness to learn and implement our sales techniques and follow a script
25 hrs/week and attend morning sales training meetings

Training and Development

All American Windows understands that applicants may not have any prior sales experience, we strive to help applicants with no prior sales experience with hands-on sales training through our exclusive training program that includes script memorization and sales techniques tailored to window sales.
The Training program offers hands-on training experience with experts who are there to assist you in and out of the neighborhoods.
This Program is self-paced and can be completed in as little as a week for motivated individuals who want to succeed in the field.
