About Our Customers :

We remanufacture HVAC Blower motors to be used in residential AC units. We are a very niche company but have found great success in the market as our product is 40-65% cheaper than any available alternative.

Essential Duties Include:

Demolition
Sand Blast
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Be able to stand on your feet all day
Be able to safely and competently use tools and equipment
Maintain safety protocols, and wear steel toe shoes
Must be personable, respectful, non-disruptive, coachable, and able to retain product knowledge.
Miscellaneous General Shop Labor

Desired Skills and Experience:

Document and track interactions with clients/potential customers
Follow Up with interested customers
Attend and contribute to meetings/trainings
Be an inquisitive, quick learner and pay attention to small details.
HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
