Job Description:

Role: HVAC Project Manager

Location: Westville, NJ (Onsite)

Job type: FTE

Preferred - Primary Skills/Qualifications:

Strong project management skills and proven experience in having managed various projects with emphasis on HVAC work
Understanding of financial management as it relates profitability of the work in progress
Effective communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exhibits project leadership and effective decision making throughout each project
Leads and promotes effective teamwork by engaging everyone involved in the project
Leads the scheduling, planning and controls the projects
Promotes a positive influence to all team members
Strong attention to detail
High level of safety awareness and OSHA requirements with the ability to identify and address safety concerns on a project - OSHA10

Minimum is desired:

Desired - Experience and Education:

5 years’ experience in project management
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
Hands on experience in the negotiation and management of contracts and agreements
Previous interactions with a variety of customers

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Experience: Project Management: 5 years (Required) managing multiple job: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
OSHA 10 (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Westville, NJ (Required)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
