Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. This role involves ensuring that swimming pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. The Pool Technician will work independently, utilizing hand tools and power tools to perform various maintenance tasks.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of pools to assess cleanliness and equipment functionality.
Perform pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
Maintain water quality by testing chemical levels and adjusting as necessary.
Repair and service pool equipment, ensuring all systems are operational.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for maintenance tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding their pool needs and maintenance schedules.
Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools is essential.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
