**Position Summary:**

As a vital member of our team, the HVAC Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of both HVAC systems and plumbing mechanics to ensure the highest standards of service are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components.

- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including water and drainage systems.

- Conduct regular maintenance checks and system diagnostics.

- Provide exceptional customer service, offering clear explanations and solutions.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with the team on large projects and provide expert guidance when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with plumbing/mechanical experience.

- Relevant certifications and licensures (e.g., EPA Certification).

- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC and plumbing.

- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting/moving heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.35 - $32.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
