Pure Air provides water mitigation, crawl space encapuslations, and mold remediation services.

We are looking for an experienced sales representative to be our primary salesman in Charlotte.

To be successful in this you should have experience with home inspections and sales in home services.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Success in home services sales (i.e. crawlspace encapsulations, water mitigation, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
Experience with home and crawl space inspections
Knowledge of building and construction science
Current IICRC Certifications Preferred
An existing network of industry contacts (realtors, contactors, insurance agents, home builders, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Perform home and building inspections for water and mold concerns.
Present estimates and proposals to customers to resolve said issues.
Stop in to business (insurance agents, realtors, contractors, etc) to create networking relationships.
Create personal sales plans to accomplish sales quotas.
Report on personal sales results
Assist in selecting and training new salespeople as necessary.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Occasionally help service technicians with larger jobs as necessary.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
