Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with expertise in various materials and techniques. This role involves working on-site to install, restore, and maintain structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Install stucco, plaster, and drywall in residential and commercial settings.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively for caulking, framing carpentry, and flooring tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations.
Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and materials needed.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Restore existing structures as needed, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at construction sites.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Skills

Proficiency in stucco application and restoration techniques.
Strong skills in plastering, caulking, framing carpentry, flooring, and drywall installation.
Ability to plumb fixtures accurately during installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
