Job Summary
We are a growing CPA and accounting firm dedicated to providing top-notch financial services to our clients. The General Manager (GM) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm at multiply locations ensuring seamless management of operational systems, client relationships, firm expenses, and team productivity.

Duties

Leadership: Work with, mentor, and be a conduit for a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and daily operations, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and process improvements.
Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Client Relations: Enhance client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, resolving client issues, and supporting new acquisitions and retention efforts.
Technology and Innovation: Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations to enhance productivity and improve client services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and accounts payable.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to travel between offices in the Dallas/FT. Worth metroplex.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
