Working independently diagnose and repair all types of commercial refrigeration equipment including:

Required skills: * 1 - 2 years field experience or education in refrigeration

Experience with different refrigerants such as: R404A, R290, R134A etc..
Operate all types of hand and power tools including specialty items like: gauge manifolds, vacuum pumps, refrigerant recovery machines, oxy acetelyne brazing rig etc..
Ability to climb and work from extension ladders and ladders that are affixed to buildings
Ability to read and understand equipment technical literature including wiring diagrams, schematics, and sequence of operation
Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs without assistance frequently
Ability to exert up to 150 lbs of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying) regularly
Ability to tolerate extreme work conditions including heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, poor ventilation.
Ability to operate company vehicle in a safe manner and follow company safety policy.
Must be able to work long days when necessary and be on-call when scheduled.
