At this time we are looking for a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who will report directly to the HVAC/R Service Manager. Applicant must have a good driving record, be able to take a written evaluation as well as a hand on practical application evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Providing prompt and courteous service to tenant/customer requests
Complying with company policies
Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical equipment such as pumps, chillers, air compressors, air handling units, and gas boilers, ice machines, walk incoolers/freezers, MUA units, exhaust units, reach in cooler/freezers, other low temperature applications, making adjustments and changes to all HVAC/R equipment
Performing general repairs and maintenance of building components
Analyzes requirements of system(s), diagnosestrouble or defect, determines corrective action and repairs system(s)

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of field experience
Technical School Certification
