Warren Averett is seeking a financial professional for an established company in Pensacola, FL who is growing rapidly.

Responsibilities

Hiring and developing a team of technicians to service the Emerald Coast area
Conduct necessary activities to grow our branch location
Enhance the company's name in the community
Manage day-to-day operational decision making within a fast-paced business
Increase sales and gross margin and meet sales goals
Effectively control costs
Generate the planned return on investment
Build and train your team
Project staffing needs based on demands
Execute and follow through with plans
Identify and implement initiatives that are well-aligned with the company’s strategic plan
Embrace, support and practice a collaborative style to achieve results with and through others

Requirements

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
Prior experience working in accounting or finance, preferred
Highly motivated to get things done the right way
Excellent communication skills, listening, speaking, writing
Highly confident and persuasive
Must enjoy being constantly challenged
Proficient with smartphones, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong financial acumen – must feel comfortable using Key Performance metrics and financial statements to manage the business and excel as a leader
