The essence of the Customer Marketing Representative position is to qualify prospects, conduct product presentations, and generate sales for a market-leading home improvement brand. The Customer Marketing Representative will also concentrate on furthering the best practices in the areas of event sales, lead generation, retail operations, and other crucial business functions.

We are seeking a Customer Marketing Representative to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic event sales and promotional retail campaigns for our clients. The Customer Marketing Representative will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads, and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty. A competent Customer Marketing Representative will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in increased performance.

Responsibilities for our Customer Marketing Representative:

Develop best practices surrounding the use of event sales and promotional retail solutions to drive team business objectives
Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regard to event sales strategies on requested management
Collaborate with the event and retail sales team to create new promotional sales campaigns for our varied client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams
Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental event sales strategies and top-tier customer service
Participate in classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars
Educate retail customers on new home improvement services or promotions
Further our client’s reputation by using top-notch customer service skills

Qualifications for our Customer Marketing Representative:

1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experience
Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one’s professional skills
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment
Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships

***This position requires travel to and from retail locations, so reliable transportation is required. A personal vehicle is highly recommended.*

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
