This person is a personable, organized and hard-working individual with versatile maintenance skills to assist in managing and maintaining vacation rental properties. Must work well in a team setting, but also be independent in staying on task without needing to be micromanaged. General property upkeep and a positive, customer oriented attitude is a must!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Participate, complete and track maintenance projects assigned to you, willing to utilize task tracking system.
-Complete pre and post check in inspections to monitor safe and working conditions of properties
-Replacement of worn/broken fixtures, appliances, draperies, locks, etc.
-Perform light plumbing and electrical duties
-Perform light carpentry and drywall work
-Painting duties, both interior and exterior
-Participate in a "on-call" emergency schedule
-Responsible for inventory control and proper utilization of maintenance supplies and equipment
-Establish daily schedule, prioritizing work order requests, & managing time in an effective manner
-Keeping accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inventory, and purchasing
-Maintain working relations with vendors, including product knowledge
-Maintain courteous communication with guests, team, and supervisor
-Keep Maintenance Director informed so owners can be updated on any task/project
-Report damages, repairs, upgrade suggestions utilizing task tracking system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
