Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operations.
Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics.
Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or installations.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Document all service calls, repairs, and installations accurately.

Skills

Proficiency in HVAC/R systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and practices.
Experience in field service operations related to HVAC systems.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
Familiarity with welding techniques applicable to HVAC applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

Strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems
Experience in HVAC design and system installation
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
