As a Marketing Designer II , you will manage Hard Rock Digital’s creative output across multiple marketing channels, and contribute to creating the best brand in gaming. You will ideate and design across web, CRM, social, and paid channels, work closely with in house talent to bring the brand to life across both sports and casino, and build best in class creative work to drive a full funnel approach to our customer. You will play a significant role in our growth strategy, helping drive awareness and acquisition across all marketing channels, and develop visual identities for our digital sportsbook experiences.

A successful candidate will be an emotive-based marketeer who has proven experience in scaling brands in complex and evolving environments, and function with a start-up mentality. You will be able to work collaboratively with ease across internal teams, as well as with external media partners. Proficiency designing across all digital and mobile channels inclusive of CRM design, video, social campaigns, experiential spaces, brand marketing campaigns and design systems, and performance marketing is critical.

What will you do?

Ideate and build best in class creative, inclusive of full-funnel campaigns.
Create strategic and detailed designs across concept development, composition, and final output.
Work within our brand guidelines and permissions, and ensure consistency of brand usage across all partnerships and channels
Produce multiple, ongoing and always on creative campaigns, and lead creative output with timely integrations into media partners
Partner with external agencies, sports leagues, teams, and brands on integration of Hard Rock Digital creative design systems
Promote a work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, rational risk-taking and tradeoffs
The ideal candidate has a digital media background, has expertise working across a range of digital media and cross-channel marketing, and is always looking to do great work and add value.

Skills and Experience:

3 or more years of successful experience as a creative designer, either at an agile, leading agency or within a culturally relevant brand
Strong portfolio of breakthrough creative leading to brand and/or business successes
Proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, SEM).
Advanced skills in visual design, branding, illustration and interactive design processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Working Knowledge of Sketch, invasion and Figma
Ability to give and take constructive criticism and art direction.
Can produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to modify layouts, style guides and prototype.
Exceptionally collaborative. Must have an ability to work cross-functionally with brand, creatives, product marketers, content marketers, and campaign managers of all levels
Passion for sports and/or interactive gaming is a plus.
