### Job Overview:

Spot-On Services is a growing, fast paced Pallet and Recycling company. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our Houston organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and project management.

### Duties:

- Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals

- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit maximization

- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product/service delivery

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience in General management or a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning

- Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

- 10 Years Pallet or Recycling experience preferred.
