HVAC Technician and Lead Installer - IMMEDIATE HIRING BONUS - Sterling, VA (Trade Experienced Only)

Air 1 Mechanical Systems is located in Sterling VA. We are a customer-oriented HVAC company with over 20+ Years serving VA. Looking for motivated and goal oriented and experienced Service Technician and Lead HVAC Installer.

Positions 1:

- Full Time Service/Sales Technicians (5+ Years HVAC Service/Sales experience) Candidate should have great communication skills, residential HVAC knowledge and work well leading a team, with positive attitude and excellent communication skills, opportunity to make ---- ($120 -$150K)

Positions 2:

- Full-Time HVAC Lead Installer, we are looking to hire an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer who is a leader and can also be our install manager in future. (3-5 years’ experience in Residential HVAC installation) ----- ($75 -$110K)

Positions 3:

- Full Time Installer Helper, If you have previous experience and want to build your career in HVAC industry with great attitude and goal oriented you are welcome here and we will provide you with continued training and build your career and future opportunity.

Requirements:

- CFC Certification required, NATE Certification is a PLUS+ (Tech and Installer).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to interact with customers at all levels.

- Must have a Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
