Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems for our residential clients. Your expertise will help ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction, making you an essential part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
2. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on various heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
3. Customer Communication: Explain repair options and system performance to customers, ensuring they understand the work being done.
4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
5. Documentation: Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs.

Requirements:

1. Certification: Valid HVAC technician certification or relevant license required.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service, repair, or installation.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
5. Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various conditions, and perform physical tasks as required.
