Duties:
- Manage and inspire your team to deliver exceptional product quality and customer service

- Leverage your experience as a manager to optimize performance of the drive thru and store KPIs

Experience & Skills

- 1-2 years experience minimum as General Manager in high-volume coffee is a must, and drive thru strongly preferred

- A strong understanding of how to drive relevant KPIs such as google reviews, COGs, COL, product availability and profit margin

- A robust knowledge of all Texas and federal health and safety regulations and skillset to implement procedures and systems to ensure compliance

-A real ability to inspire and motivate staff to perform their best and deliver a best-in-class operation

- A solutions-driven attitude and passion to perform the best

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
