- 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair

- CFC certification

- Technician must have good knowledge of proper diagnostic and repair of all types of heating and cooling systems.

- Experience in residential and commercial service is preferred

- Clean driving record

- Work well with others

- Great communication skills with customers

- Must present yourself in a professional manner

-Must have a clean criminal record
