Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, responsible for providing skilled craftsmanship as a journeyman plumber and assisting with all duties related to the assignment.

Job Duties:

Installs, maintains, remodels, repairs, and services plumbing systems.
Performs skilled plumbing work during construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings.
Installs pipes, sinks, traps, washbowls, toilet fittings, drains, special laboratory sinks and drain tables.
Repairs and maintains valves, faucets, traps, sinks and vents.
5 Connects hot water heaters, gas heaters, furnaces and tests for safety.
Repairs sewer pipes.
Unstops clogged lines.
Performs minor carpentry, digging and cleanup duties related to the assignment.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

Five (5) years of plumbing experience is required.

Licenses/Certifications:

Journeyman's license required
Master journeyman's licensed preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,300.00 - $71,000.00 per year
