Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Selling Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of customers' heating and cooling needs.
Provide recommendations on HVAC systems based on energy efficiency.
Calculate cost estimates and provide detailed quotes to customers.
Explain the benefits of various HVAC products and services to clients.
Collaborate with customers to design custom HVAC solutions.
Educate clients on proper maintenance and care of HVAC systems.
Keep up-to-date on HVAC industry trends and technology advancements.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
Schedule and coordinate HVAC installations and service appointments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and component
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in crawl spaces, attics and on roofs

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
