VAD is currently seeking a HVAC Technical Service Manager for our Raleigh, NC branch.

Responsibilities:

Work with customers to assist in troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing HVAC products, specifically commercial products
Conduct parts and service training with contractors and technicians
Act as liaison between contractors and consumers
Visit job sites to assist with troubleshooting and equipment analysis
Function test and/or repair returned or damaged equipment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
