We are looking for someone who can:

Perform property maintenance and facilities work.
Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
Be available on a rotating basis for on-call emergency maintenance repairs.
Maintain inventory of building materials and supplies.
Be a team player

The ideal candidate should have previous multi-family apartment maintenance experience, bilingual is plus.
