**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and be familiar with construction site safety protocols. **Responsibilities:** - Install solar panel systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. - Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement for solar panels and ensure proper grounding and bonding. - Use hand tools and electrical equipment, including a voltmeter, to troubleshoot and repair solar panel systems. - Build and construct solar panel racking systems, as well as other support structures. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and NEC guidelines to ensure accurate installation of solar panel systems. - Operate a forklift to move equipment and materials around the construction site. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. - Collaborate with other technicians and construction personnel to ensure the successful completion of solar panel installation projects. **Qualifications:** - A high school diploma or equivalent. - Experience with electrical work and solar panel installation. - Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. - Proficiency with hand tools and electrical equipment, including a voltmeter. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and NEC guidelines. - Experience with forklift operation. - Familiarity with construction site construction. - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks. - A commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines. **Skills:** - Experience with solar panel installation and maintenance. - Proficiency with electrical work and construction site safety protocols. - Knowledge of hand tools and electrical equipment. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and NEC guidelines. - Experience with forklift operation. - Strong construction site safety awareness. - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
