Maintenance HVAC Technician

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Looking for an HVAC technician (rowing) to provide HVAC service for portfolio of 5

properties (3 in east Dallas and 2 in West Dallas) in the Dallas area. The Service

Technician will primarily perform service calls or maintenance calls and will be required

to fix whatever the cause may be that their HVAC is not working.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Determine the cause of a heating or air conditioning system failure and make any

required repairs to restore operation.

Operate, inspect, and maintain heating and cooling equipment to ensure proper

operation and help with energy efficiency in residential or commercial settings.

Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.

Test refrigerant levels and pressures in heating and cooling systems.

Inspect heat exchangers and evaporator coils.

Balance the refrigerant charge in air conditioning systems.

Lubricate system components.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience preferred

Experience and knowledge of Heat pump HVAC systems

Must have EPA Type II (Required)

Employment Requirements

Must possess a Valid Driver’s License

Must be able to pass a drug screen (this includes marijuana)

Must have a EPA Type II (required)

Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to educate and discuss repairs &

services with managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
