Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience (journeyman) in HVAC/R maintenance, repair, and installation
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and heating systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred qualification: availability for swing shift and/or on-call emergency repairs

Compensation: $35.00-$65.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials. We also give bonuses for projects that go exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Work closely with our project managers to deliver exceptional service to our clients and to ensure timely completion of projects
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC/R equipment
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally
Maintain accurate records of work performed, labor hours, and parts used
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Preferred: Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency repair services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
