We are seeking a licensed and experienced Solar Install crew to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail. If you have experience in electrical work, construction, or related fields, and are passionate about renewable energy, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties
- Work with a team to safely and efficiently install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components
- Perform electrical wiring and connections according to schematics and blueprints
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality inspections to verify the integrity of installed systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Experience:
- Previous experience in solar installation or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of commercial electrician practices and techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools for construction purposes
- Basic understanding of roofing principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during installation

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

10 hour shift
4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Weekends as needed
