**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in the restoration process, ensuring that our clients' properties are thoroughly cleaned and restored to their original condition. This position requires a strong understanding of the restoration industry and the ability to work with various types of materials and equipment. **Duties:** - Conduct thorough assessments of water damage, fire damage, or mold infestations to determine the extent of the damage. - Utilize power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and restore the affected areas. - Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks to restore the property. - Participate in asbestos abatement procedures to ensure a safe environment for occupants. - Implement mold remediation techniques to eliminate the growth of mold and restore the property to a healthy condition. - Restore and clean various surfaces, including walls, floors, ceilings, and windows. - Follow established protocols and industry standards to ensure effective and efficient restoration techniques. - Collaborate with other restoration professionals to ensure seamless restoration processes. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and health regulations. **Experience:** The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the restoration industry, with a proven track record of successfully completing restoration projects. Experience with power tools and hand tools is essential, as is knowledge of carpet cleaning, fire restoration, and water damage restoration techniques. Familiarity with asbestos abatement and mold remediation processes is also highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
