Mandola's Italian Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and be our brand ambassador in both Texas and Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, with a proven track record of increasing engagement, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, developing and implementing social media campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business goals.

**Duties:** (Including but not limited to)

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize social media content for maximum visibility.
Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
Manage and maintain our company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other social media partners to expand our reach.
Create and edit video content using video editing software.
Conduct public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and credibility.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visual content, including graphics and images.
Proofread all social media content to ensure it meets the company's high standards and ensure brand consistency through all platforms.
Assist the Marketing director with various tasks and projects, supporting the broader marketing initiatives.

**Requirements: **

Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Strong content creation skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content across multiple platforms.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and other social media partners.
Experience with advertising on social media platforms and the ability to create and manage ad campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong proofreading skills, with the ability to ensure all social media content meets the company's high standards.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and the ability to conduct public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and credibility.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box!
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced enviroment.

Preferred qualifications

Familiar with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for maximum visibility.
Prior experience with the restaurant and hospitality industry.
