Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and licensed plumber to join our team for a full-time or part-time position. The Master plumber will possess a deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations. This role involves overseeing plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining the highest quality standards to build our pods.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

Review project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work.
Hands-on plumbing construction of plumbing systems in the pods.
Maintain work schedules and report logs and daily journals of project activities.

2. Electrical Installation:

Coordinate Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on plumbing systems.
Ensure adherence to plumbing codes and safety standards.
Conduct quality control inspections and testing.

3. Team Leadership:

Coordination with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other contractors for the completion of projects.
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols

4. Code Compliance:

Stay updated on plumbing codes and regulations in the state of Texas.
Obtain necessary permits and inspections.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Master Plumber License.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
